Many direct and indirect events are happening and changes are taking place around us. The negative physical, mental and emotional response to these events and changes is nothing but a stress. Stress is the loss of control over our body and mind. Your own tensions arise when there is a gap between the expectation and the reality.

Stress not only hurts us physically and mentally but it also destroys our desire, hope, faith and belief. If such stress occurs frequently or lasts for a long time, it can have adverse effects on our physical and mental health.

Anxiety and irritability are the first steps to coping with stress. If we fail to control and reduce anxiety and irritability, it will be transformed into depression and melancholy. The person becomes mentally exhausted and discouraged. Once we are in stress, our concentration does not stay well in the family, social and office environment, so we are thrown away.

Physical symptoms of stress include increased heart rate, sweating, fatigue, tingling in the limbs, trembling limbs, dark eyes, dizziness, and insomnia. Mental symptoms include rapid thinking, lack of concentration, ideological confusion, negativity, memory loss, and a runaway attitude. Emotional symptoms include fear, anxiety, anger, loneliness, isolation, sadness, frustration, irritability, sadness, and depression. At first glance, these symptoms do not appear all at once, but gradually.

Even if it is not in your hands to control your external situation, it is in your hands to control your inner things. Let's see Positive behavioural and responsive methodology to control, reduce and release the stress step by step.
1. Event & Change: When an event takes place, its sensations or information reaches the brain through its senses in its raw form or as it is.
2. Cognition of Event & Change: Once such information reaches the brain, it is interpreted by the brain based on our knowledge, the perceptions we have about the subject and the experiences we have.
3. Positive Thought Process after Interpretation: The combination of the information transmitted by the brain and the basic emotions of our mind creates a thought process.
4. Positive Behavioural and Attitudinal Changes: Once the positive thoughts process is formed, you need to create a positive behaviour and right attitude. Most people reach for positive thinking, but it does not reduce stress as they do not develop a positive behaviour and right attitude.
5. Action and Response: Once you have developed the positive behaviour and right attitude subsequently the action and reaction produce. Ultimately the stress is gradually controlled, reduced and released from the body through action and response.

However, it has been observed that in many people the stress gets unnecessarily stuck into the body and mind because they failed to convert the behaviour and attitude into action and response. If something gets stuck in the pipe, there is a risk of the pipe bursting its look like that. This creates internal physical, mental and emotional pressure of stress and the risk of adverse reactions and effects on the body due to not reacting or not responding. Therefore control, reduce and release the stress through the use of positive behaviour and response methodology.

Let us now see how to use the 4-R formula to control, reduce and eliminate stress.
1. R - Rethink: We often feel stressed after an event or change. It looks at whether this phenomenon and change is such an important factor in creating tension.
2. R - Relax: If it is certainly true that the story, matter and event is causing stress, then we should be a little quiet and examine the effects of it on our personal, family and social level.
3. R - Reduce: The stress that comes after this needs to be controlled and gradually reduced. For that, the gap between expectations and facts has to be reduced.
4. R - Release: This stress is finally removed in the form of action and response; we call it Release.

If we are able to do the exercise, pranayama, meditation, yoga and vipassana with proper advice and guidance, it will definitely help to reduce the stress. Also, sharing feelings with each other reduces stress. It is important to keep in mind that increasing communication skills also reduces stress. The less you promise the less stress you will have. Doing social work reduces stress. Getting things done on time reduces stress. Learn to forgive others. Accept what is real, give up what has happened and believe in what is or will come. Life is so precious and beautiful.
