Self-Awareness, Self-Knowledge and Enlightenment

The soul is a form of conscious energy that pervades our entire body. The mind is a center place of emotions and thoughts, resting around the brain.

Since the soul is a form of energy, it is always awake, but the mind is not always awake. As much as the soul is restrained, calm, cool and sattvic, the mind is impatient, dynamic, uncontrolled and wandering.

The soul is associated with spirituality or with life and death. The soul is pure and smooth and it always resides in our body.

Self-awareness means knowing your soul. When you work with self-consciousness, all your energy is concentrated. Therefore, when we work with self-awareness, the chances of it being accomplished or fulfilled are increased. Children, Saints, Yogis are doing their work with self-awareness. Therefore, children, saints, yogis become absorbed in their work and become truly successful, happy and blissful.

Self-Knowledge means listening to the voice and message of our soul. Normally we listen to our brain and that is how we make decisions or perform tasks. But most of the time we don't communicate with our soul more precisely the energy that exists in the body. So, the decision goes in one direction and the energy goes in another direction and we fail. To hear the voice of the soul, we have to bring our mind, brain and body energy in a straight line and in one direction by doing the right sadhana. However, it should be noted that this voice of the soul does not beyond an average of one to three words. It is very important to listen carefully to that voice and act accordingly. Many people can hear the voice of the soul, but it is of no use as not everyone has the ability to direct the mind and brain in the right direction.

If we want to attain such self-realization, self-knowledge enlightenment, then we have to worship the power and energy of the formless and nirguna of God, chanting, yoga, pranayama and meditation. Worship of power and energy or sadhana is done as early as possible. Namasmaran is done in the morning or evening.

In this we should remember the name of our Nirankar and Nirguna deity in whom we have faith.

In chanting we recite a hymn or mantra slowly or in the mind,

In yoga and pranayama, the flow of inner energy is controlled by controlling the speed of our breathing.

In meditation, the integration of our soul, mind and body is done in one direction.

So friends, let's awaken our self-awareness, self- knowledge and enlightenment in this way and live a simple, straightforward, easy, beautiful and happy life with it!
Life is precious.
